The fragmented reality

Your records are everywhere.
Your story shouldn’t be.

Results in hospital portals. Prescriptions in email. Notes in drawers. The full picture only exists in your memory, until the moment you need it.

Salutis turns that scattered archive into one calm, searchable timeline. Nothing proprietary. Nothing held hostage.

One place. Every chapter.

Designed to make your history
feel instantly understandable.

Meet Aura

Ask your history.Get the context.

Aura is the private assistant inside Salutis. Ask in plain language and it brings together the records you choose: labs, medications, appointments and documents, without losing the source behind the answer.

  • Summarises the records you select
  • Connects labs, medications and visits
  • Runs on your Mac by default
  • Keeps every answer tied to its source

Aura helps you prepare and understand. It does not diagnose or replace a healthcare professional.

Privacy you can verify

Who builds it

A product with
a person behind it.

“Your medical records should live on your computer, in files you can open without me.”
Luca Volino, the designer who builds Salutis
Luca VolinoProduct designer · Rome

Hey, I'm Luca. I've spent over ten years designing web applications.

Salutis began as a folder on my desktop. Blood tests, prescriptions, photos of paper I could never find again when a doctor asked. Every app I tried wanted an account, a subscription, and a copy of my medical history on its own servers.

So Salutis does the opposite. Your archive stays in a folder you choose, the AI runs on your machine, and if this project ended tomorrow your files would still open. I build it alone, which means that when something is broken it goes straight to the person who can fix it.

Questions, answered

Good privacy
should be clear.

Still wondering about your setup or data? Ask me directly.

In a folder you choose on your Mac. Salutis does not upload or mirror your archive to its own servers.

No. The Community plan works without an account, so your health archive is not tied to an online identity.

Local AI is the default. If you explicitly connect your own external provider, only the document you select is sent to that provider, never to Salutis.

No. Salutis is a Personal Health Record tool. AI features are informational and do not diagnose or replace professional medical advice.

Your original files remain in the folder you chose. They are yours, readable and portable independently of the app.
